With Volume One we were trying to create a rum characterized by rich, molasses-based notes. With Volume Two, we wanted something that represented the other end of the rum spectrum, something that was fruitier and more aromatic, and something that would add a punch to classic rum cocktails. Volume Three is the dessert course of The Rum Cooperative with strong flavors of Crème Brûlée and Butterscotch. Combining 12 year rums from Panama, Dominican, Barbados and Brazil, this rum is reminiscent of old world brandies
